During a visit to my parents' house, we went photo-hunting at several places. First we visited a peach farm that also had a farm equipment museum near it's produce store. Then we drove out to the Sandhills Natural Wildlife Preserve near McBee, South Carolina. The next day we spent a few hours at Kalmia Gardens in Hartsville, South Carolina which connects to another Natural Preserve surrounding Black Creek.
The weather was not particularly good as it was overcast and raining most of the time. However, it did turn out to be equitable for photographing the peach blossoms at the farm, as well as the flowers at Kalmia Gardens. I'm sure that we will go back to these places again.
Note: I added a black & white version of a photograph on April 28, 2009 after I tried out a new b&w conversion method. The new image is this one.
