Our photography club had an HDR shoot & learn session. We spent about 30-45 minutes photographing scenes around the Spartan Photo Store, then headed back to the store for a couple of demonstrations on processing the images. These are the shots that I liked. I tried a couple of different HDR applications as well as the Topaz Adjust plug-in for Lightroom & Photoshop. While Topaz Adjust does not create true HDR images, it can simulate some of the more common styles that are seen in HDR imagery. Plus, it is just a fun little plug-in to play around with sometimes.

These shots illustrate some of the differences you can get using Photomatix, HDR Expose, Topaz Adjust and normal Lightroom processing techniques.

What fun........I like the spicefy (?) effect, and the ghostly certainly is.... ah, Craig, if only I had some wall space in this house!
